Really happy with my Saltxo purchase!

Good products, slow shipping

I ordered the Yoni Oil and a Turmeric Bar. The products themselves are really nice; the oil smells great and the bar felt good on my skin. However, shipping took 8 days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long. I also had a question about ingredients and customer service took about 48 hours to respond. Overall, I like the items, but the delivery speed and response time could be a little faster for a smoother experience.

Decent Rose Oil, careful with delivery

I purchased the Rose Oil, 1oz size. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. It shipped out about two days after I placed the order, which is standard. Delivery took 6 days to reach my address in Florida. When it arrived, the bottle was a bit oily on the outside, like it had leaked a tiny bit during transit, but the seal inside was intact and most of the product was fine. The oil itself is pleasant, not too heavy, and I've been using it on my face. It absorbs well. I appreciated that they use natural ingredients, which was a big draw for me. The packaging could use some improvement for leakage, but the product quality seems good.
